Relating to defining and prohibiting, under penalties, conspiracies to blacklist and such other practices, or to prevent ex-employees from securing employment; requiring corporations to keep certain records of information given or received by them or their officers or agents in their behalf concerning the character, skill, habits, or ability of applying of ex-employees,, and providing penalties for failure of corporations or their officers or representatives to comply with such requirements; prescribing certain limitations upon the terms of the Act; prescribing certain rules of evidence; declaring the terms of the Act to be separable.
