  • Amending the law relating to the duties of the Live Stock Sanitary Commission, and prescribing penalties for a violation of the Live Stock Sanitary Laws, as defined by Article 5043c, of Chapter 7, Title 102, of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, and as provided by Article 824c, Ch. 4, Title 17 of the Penal Code, so as to make said provisions more effective.
