  • Amendment of Chapter 5, title 115, Revised Civil Statutes of 1925 to require that any ordinance or resolution of the governing board of any city or town levying an assessment against real property or paving or otherwise improving any street, or streets, shall be recorded in the proper records of the office of the County Clerk.
