  • Provide , under such limitations and restrictions and regulations as may be deemed by the Legislature expedient, for old age assistance and for the payment of same not to exceed $15.00 per month each to actual bona fide citizens of Texas who are over the age of 65 years, and in all things to carry out the will of the people as expressed by the adoption of House Joint Resolution 19, which provided for an amendment to Article 3 of the Constitution of Texas by adopting a new section to be known as Section 51-b [Tue Oct 15, 1935]

  • Authorize the Yoakum school district to qualify for Federal funds [Wed Oct 23, 1935]

  • Authorize the application of library fees, student activity fees, athletic fees, hospital or health fees, to the payment of bonded or mortgage indebtedness that may be contracted by the governing boards of several of the State educational institutions, provided the amount of each of such fees shall never exceed $2.00 for any one semester and $2.00 for any summer term, and that no athletic fees shall be charged or collected except from students using the athletic facilities of the institutions [Wed Oct 30, 1935]

  • Create the Sulphur River Conservation and Reclamation District, with no remission of taxes and no appropriation [Thu Nov 7, 1935]
