• To report on SB 33, 12th Legislature, 1st Called Session, entitled, "An act to provide for the enrollment of the militia, the organization and discipline of the State guard, and for the public defense."*
• Consider Governor's message and accompanying papers submitted in answer to Senate's resolution for information concerning lawlessness and crime in Hill and Walker counties.

Resolution by Pettit requested Governor provide information concerning lawlessness in Hill and Walker counties. Once information provided, Senator Parsons moved information be referred to Committee on Militia. Majority report signed by Ruby, Mills, Hall, and Rawson. Minority report signed by Shannon.
