• Study the impact of the prior approval insurance rate deviation system on the Texas automobile insurance market and on consumers.*
• Study the adequacy of the laws intended to prevent the delinquency or insolvency of insurance companies. Identify problems with current laws and recommend improvements to better protect policy holders.*
• Evaluate health insurance benefits offered to state employees. Study proposals to create a uniform system of group insurance for state employees.*
• Study no-fault automobile insurance policies.*
