Recognition of rights in such landowners to construct works, including groins, for the protection of their property and meeting the standards to be prescribed in such legislation; e. Method of negotiations with landowners for additional easements or deeds for park areas adjacent to the beach, for the use and pleasure of the public, provided such lands or easements can be obtained without cost to the state; f. any change necessary to bring general legislation into conformity with the fixed procedures applicable to National Seashore Areas, to the extent that lands along the coast may be designated to a National Seashore Area; and g. Such other related matters as in the opinion of the interim committee should be included in such report so as to facilitate the development of Texas beaches as public recreational areas and to further their development as a tourist attraction. | |
