SB 164 Caption: Relating to releasing interest and penalties on ad valorem and poll tax delinquent on or prior to January 31, 1947 if paid on or before February 1, 1949; suspending all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith; providing a saving and severable clause.
SB 184 Caption: Relating to creating county-wide equalization school districts, for tax purposes, in certain counties.
SB 185 Caption: Relating to authorizing the County Judge to employ a stenographer or secretary in any county having a population of not more than five thousand eight hundred seventy-five (5,875) and not less than five thousand five hundred seventy-five (5,575) inhabitants.

SB 170 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to take or kill wild quail or doves of any species for a period of three years in Garza County, Texas; fixing penalty.
SB 199 Caption: Relating to providing the method of receiving and disposing of all trust and suspense moneys and other securities by the State Treasurer.

SB 241 Caption: Relating to fixing the maximum rate of tax to be levied for school purposes in all county line independent school districts embracing parts of two or more counties, whether organized under general or special laws, and which, according to the last preceding approved original Scholastic Census, had a scholastic population of not less than seven hundred (700) and not more than twelve hundred (1,200) scholastics, and located in counties with a population of not less than five thousand (5,000) and not more than twelve thousand (12,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.

SJR 10 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Section II of Article VII of the Constitution of Texas by providing for the participation of all State supported colleges and universities in interest to be derived from the "Permanent University Fund" on a pro rata basis.
