HB 83 Caption: Relating to providing that the holder of unpaid and unclaimed proceeds of oil, gas and other minerals shall be liable for interest on such proceeds to the owner thereof at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from and after January 1st, 1952, and shall be liable for 6 per cent interest per annum on all such proceeds accrued subsequent to January 1st, 1952, beginning January 1st after the accrual thereof, excepting such proceeds as may be involved in pending litigation until after such litigation is finally concluded, and providing that the holder of such proceeds may be absolved of liability for interest thereon, provided such holder reports such proceeds to the County Clerk of the county of the origin of such oil, gas and mineral interest; requiring the filing and publicizing of such reports by the County Clerk.

HB 167 Caption: Relating to repealing a previous Act, relating to the appointment of receivers for certain mineral interests in land owned by nonresident and unknown owners.

HB 349 Caption: Relating to providing for the escheat of unpaid and unclaimed proceeds of oil, gas and other mineral estate or interest held by any oil, gas or other mineral producer, transporter, storer, processor or purchaser to credit of or owing to any owner thereof, and remaining unpaid for as long as seven years; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith and providing that if any part of this Act is held void same shall not affect the other parts thereof.
HB 439 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, by adding a provision requiring the Board of Pharmacy to issue a license to practice pharmacy in this state to persons who have been registered in some other State or Territory for a period of not less than six years immediately prior to the effective date of this act; providing that such person's license is in good standing and that such person is of good moral character, and providing that such other Board in its examinations required the same general degree of fitness required by this State.
HB 671 Caption: Relating to promoting the development of oil and gas resources of the State of Texas in the original fifty leagues of land, which, by the Act of February 11, 1856, Chapter 116, General Laws of the Seventh Legislature, were set apart and appropriated for the establishment and endowment of the University of Texas.
HB 729 Caption: Relating to providing that where a determination of the rights of the parties in any contract or oil and gas lease hereinafter made or entered into covering property in Texas, calls for a measurement of the amount of natural gas involved, natural gas shall be measured and calculated on the basis of the standard cubic foot; excepting that correction shall be made for deviation from Boyle's Law.
HB 867 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, providing that the Commissioners Court may in its discretion require a receiving and paying agent at the county seat, and providing that said agent shall be approved by the Commissioners Court.
