HB 142 Caption: Relating to appropriating from the general revenue out of any fund not otherwise appropriated the sum of $175,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to be applied to valid claims for the years 1927-1928, and the sum of $200,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary to supplement the appropriation for the years 1929-1930, to carry out the provisions of certain statutes.
HB 145 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute by providing that a physician cannot prescribe more than one-half pint of alcohol or alcoholic liquor to any person at a time, and providing that such physician cannot give more than one prescription to the same person within a period of ten (10) days.
HB 324 Caption: Relating to making the theft of any chicken or turkey a felony, prescribing the punishment therefor.
HB 429 Caption: Relating to amending certain laws by providing that the funds derived from the registration of motor vehicles and apportioned to the counties of this State may be paid by the commissioners' court of each county to the State Highway Commission for construction of connecting sections or gaps in a designated State highway within said county, and to reimburse the State Highway Department for any aid allotted by the State Highway Commission to said county therefor.
HB 430 Caption: Relating to amending certain articles so as to provide that the reimbursement of State Highway Funds for improvement of State Highways made with County Aid may be made by the County wherein such improvement was made from the county's portion of fees derived from the registration of motor vehicles in annual installments and the number of said installments and the amount of each may be agreed upon by the State Highway Department and the Commissioners' Court of such County.
HB 755 Caption: Relating to making emergency appropriations for Rural Aid and emergency appropriations for the maintenance of summer schools at the several institutions of higher learning as named herein for the balance of the fiscal year ending August 31, 1929.
