SB 9 Caption: Relating to classifying recipients of old age assistance.
SB 94 Caption: Relating to validating elections and authorizing the issuance of waterworks revenue bonds.
SB 95 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute authorizing private corporations to be created for the purpose of manufacturing, buying and selling of lumber and building materials and the construction of building and improvements.
SB 136 Caption: Relating to repealing certain Articles of a Statute providing for special issues and permitting only general charge of court to juries.

SB 349 Caption: Relating to amending and repealing certain Acts making the Texas Prison Board of Commissioners, which shall be composed of three (3) members to be appointed: one by the Governor, one member to be appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor, one member to be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
SB 369 Caption: Relating to providing for and requiring annual reports to the Banking Commissioner of Texas, and publication of same, by banks of either deposit or discount, banks both of deposit and discounts, banks and trust companies, savings banks, and Morris Plan banks of certain monies held by same and unclaimed for a period of five years, and providing a penalty for failure to make such reports and publication.
SB 395 Caption: Relating to providing for the safety, care, comfort, convenience and proper accommodation and transportation of passengers in sleeping cars, parlor cars and chair cars operated on railways in this State; making any violation of this Act a misdemeanor.
SCR 17 Caption: Authorizing the State Board of Control to arrange a location within the Capitol Building for a vending stand operated by a blind Texan.
