HB 2 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Civil Statute; providing that a poll tax of one dollar ($1) only, shall be collected on every person between the ages of 21 and 60 years, making certain exceptions; and declaring that no poll tax shall be levied for general revenue purposes, and that no county shall levy a poll tax, and providing where unorganized counties may pay.
HB 3 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Penal Code; making it unlawful to use certain explosives or other things harmful to fish in any of the waters of this State unless authorized by written order of the County Judge for construction purposes; providing a penalty.
HB 13 Caption: Relating to amending certain Act providing for a Rural School Supervisor in certain counties in lieu of Teachers' Institutes; prescribing the duties of said supervisor; providing for visits to schools in the county and work in cooperation with teachers.
HB 14 Caption: Relating to repealing a certain Act; providing for a Rural School Supervisor in certain counties in lieu of Teachers' Institutes.
HB 494 Caption: Relating to making appropriations for the support and maintenance of summer schools during the summer of the year 1935, at the several State institutions of higher learning in the State of Texas; authorizing the expenditure of said institutions of certain additional amounts from fees collected from summer school students.
HB 580 Caption: Relating to authorizing Commissioners Courts of certain Counties to allow Stephen F. Austin Teachers College to act as depository of certain historical documents and permitting the librarian and archivist of said College to give certified copies thereof.
HB 586 Caption: Relating to granting aid to the Martinsville Common School District of Nacogdoches County, Texas, being Common School District No. 16, for the purpose of enabling said school district to rebuild its schoolhouse destroyed by fire resulting in great public calamity to said school district, which is a farming area suffering greatly from drought.
HB 844 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Chapter of the Acts of the 40th Legislature; empowering the State Textbook Commission to receive manuscripts of textbooks, and to contract for their publication and use in the public schools.

HB 112 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute providing for the levying and collecting of poll tax of persons in this State between the ages of twenty-one and sixty, and providing exceptions thereto, and further fixing the amount of said poll tax, and the time of payment thereof.
HB 177 Caption: Relating to regulating the use of seines and nets in Nacogdoches County; providing a penalty for violations of this Act.
HB 208 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to use certain explosives or other things harmful to fish in any of the waters of this State; providing a penalty.
HB 399 Caption: Relating to permitting the taking of pelts of fur-bearing animals for the purpose of sale in Nacogdoches and Angelina Counties during the months of December and January; making it unlawful to take such pelts or to employ a steel trap for taking any fur-bearing animal during any other months than December and January; providing a penalty; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict with this Act.

HB 175 Caption: Relating to fixing the compensation of county commissioners in every county having a population of not less than thirty thousand two hundred and ninety (30,290) nor more than thirty thousand three hundred and ninety (30,390) inhabitants, according tot he last preceding United States Census, and prescribing how same shall be paid.
