SB 307 Caption: Relating to providing that no life insurance company organized under the laws of any state other than the State of Texas, or organized under the laws of any foreign country, may reinsure the entire outstanding business of any solvent life insurance company organized under the laws of this State or acquire, either directly or indirectly, all or substantially all of the assets of any solvent insurance company organized under the laws of this State.
SB 352 Caption: Relating to providing that certificates of exemption shall be obtained before the first day of February of any year in which the holder shall offer to vote.
SB 400 Caption: Relating to empowering the Supreme Court to make and establish Rules of Procedure for the government of said Court and for the other courts of this State to expedite and dispatch the business therein.
