HB 210 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the giving of supersedeas bonds and providing that in lieu thereof, the court may permit deposits of money from time to time with the registry of the court, sufficient to discharge such judgment, interest, and costs; repealing all laws in conflict therewith.
HB 263 Caption: Relating to appropriation of moneys to County and Road District Highway Fund.
HB 463 Caption: Relating to providing that certain worthless securities shall be written off the books of the State as maintained by the Comptroller and the Treasurer, respectively.
HB 730 Caption: Relating to regulating the lighting equipment and operation of motor vehicles, tractors, trailers, semi-trailers, motorcycles, and bicycles in this State, prescribing the lights for such vehicles between the hours of half hour after sunset and half hour before sunrise; providing penalty for violation of the provisions of this Act.
HB 732 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Comptroller of Public Accounts of the State of Texas to retain from the salary due or to become due each month to any and every employee of any department of the State of Texas, who files with the Comptroller, a request to do so, and the authority to do so, the amount of the monthly premium due, or to become due, on any policy of insurance on the life of such employee, insured by such insurance company, and pay over the same to the agent or representative of said insurance company; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
HB 744 Caption: Relating to providing for the regulation of motor carriers engaged in the transportation of property over the public highways for compensation or hire; defining certain terms.
HB 746 Caption: Relating to prescribing a uniform traffic code for vehicular traffic, in the State of Texas; providing for and prescribing penalties for violations of such traffic code.
HB 753 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Superintendent of Public Instruction to impound or withhold the State Available School Fund from any school district which fails to obey the law pertaining to school finances; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
HB 754 Caption: Relating to empowering the State Textbook Commission to adopt a multiple list of textbooks in German, French, and Bohemian for use in high schools; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
HB 857 Caption: Relating to motor vehicles operated upon the public highways; requiring all motor vehicles operated upon the highways to be equipped with adequate brakes; requiring all semi-trailers, or trailers, operated in connection with motor vehicles, to be equipped with brakes; regulating the method of applying brakes; setting up regulations to govern the use and application of brakes, and providing a penalty.
HB 867 Caption: Relating to providing for the election, oath, and bond of the office of Assessor and Collector of Taxes, as combined by the recent Amendment to the Constitution; providing that all amendments, as well as the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes, shall be construed as to carry out the purpose of the constitutional amendment providing for one officer, and that the words "assessor," "assessor of taxes," "collector of taxes," or "tax collector," shall refer to and mean one office or officer.
HB 869 Caption: Relating to providing for the designation of a homestead in order to come under the constitutional provision exempting residence homesteads of three thousand dollars ($3,000) or less of taxable value from all taxation for State purposes.
HB 883 Caption: Relating to providing the time for taking or hunting rails and gallinules; the number that may be taken; providing a penalty.
HB 919 Caption: Relating to making appropriations to pay miscellaneous claims out of the General Fund, authorizing the payment of certain sums out of the Game, Fish and Oyster Department and Highway Funds, and authorizing payment of said miscellaneous claims on the taking effect of this Act.
HB 948 Caption: Relating to making appropriation to pay miscellaneous claims against the State of Texas, and authorizing payment of said miscellaneous claims upon taking effect of this Act; providing as to how such claims shall be paid.
HJR 20 Caption: Proposing to repeal Article V, of the Constitution of the State of Texas, the same being the Article creating the Judiciary Department of the State of Texas, and to adopt and enact a new Article V in lieu thereof, reorganizing the Judiciary Department of Texas.

HB 77 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Texas Prison Board to employ a supervising steward or stewardess; prescribing the duties of such steward or stewardess.
HB 119 Caption: Relating to granting to the governing bodies of all cities, towns, and villages operating under certain statute, in addition to the powers they now have, the power to establish, or erect, or cause to be established, or erected warehouses and elevators for the storage of agricultural products, cold storage plants, abattoirs, and ice manufacturing plants.
HB 162 Caption: Relating to creating a water conservation and reclamation district as a public corporation under Section 59, Article XVI, of the Constitution of Texas, to be known as "The Colorado River Authority"; defining the territory of such district; prescribing the purpose, authority, powers, and privileges of such corporation.
HB 170 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of two thousand five hundred dollars for the building, installing, and operating of a new cotton lint sterilizing machine for treating baled cotton in the pink boll worm
HB 176 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation to pay deficiencies and bills for the Adjutant General's Department out of the General Fund; authorizing payments of such claims on the taking effect of this Act.
HB 179 Caption: Relating to making appropriations to pay miscellaneous claims out of the General Fund; authorizing the payment of certain sums out of the Highway Fund.

HB 49 Caption: Relating to making appropriations to pay miscellaneous claims out of the General Fund; authorizing the payment of certain sums out of the funds of the State Highway Department; and authorizing payment of said miscellaneous claims on the taking effect of this Act.
HB 116 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes relating to cooperative marketing associations, said statutes being a portion of what is commonly known as the "Cooperative Marketing Act of Texas."
HB 152 Caption: Relating to defaulting of more than two tax installments.
HB 170 Caption: Relating to defining "warehousemen" and "warehouse," names and words associated therewith; and providing for licensing and bonding of same, and the manner of securing license and bond and exempting certain warehouses; prescribing for forfeitures and penalties for violation of provisions of this Act; making failure to obey law a penal offense and fixing punishment therefor.

HB 35 Caption: Relating to providing that the office of Assessor and Collector of Taxes shall give a bond conditioned for the faithful performance of the duties of said office.
HB 54 Caption: Relating to creating Colorado River Authority, a governmental agency, body politic and corporate, as a Water Control and Conservation District, under Section 59, of Article 16, of the Constitution, for the purposes therein set out, without power of taxation, and without power to create any debt payable out of taxation or to pledge the credit of the State.

HB 580 Caption: Relating to providing for the conducting of the business of public warehousemen and warehouses; providing penalties and appropriations.
HB 650 Caption: Relating to authorizing and directing the Board of Control to accept from the County Superintendent of Public Instruction of Austin County, ten acres of land at San Felipe, Texas and to lay off and properly mark the entire tract and establish the same as a park; making an appropriation.
