HB 41 Caption: Relating to fixing the compensation of County Commissioners in certain counties where the taxable values in said counties are not less than Seven Million ($7,000,000.00) Dollars and not more than Seven Million, Two Hundred and Twenty-five Thousand ($7,225,000.00) Dollars.

HB 379 Caption: Relating to placing under the intangible assets tax laws of this State all oil pipeline companies, gas pipeline companies, and all other classes of common carrier pipeline companies, whether individual or corporate; providing that should any sentence, paragraph, section, or part thereof, be held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect any remaining part or parts hereof.
