SB 79 Caption: Relating to amending certain statue of the Penal Code of the State of Texas relating to the punishment of the offense of Libel by providing that the punishment shall be imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for a period of time not less than two years nor more than four years.
SB 137 Caption: Relating to the management and control of the estates of minors by guardian, so as to provide for the sale of the real estate of minors, and for the improvement of such real estate, and for the extension of debts against the estate of such minor, and to provide for securing the payment of such debts and for such improvements by executing mortgages, deeds of trust, mechanics' contracts and material men lien in the manner and under the circumstances herein set forth, and providing for application for such order whenever it appears that a necessity exists therefor.
SB 212 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes of the Penal Code of the State of Texas relating to the use of explosives in committing burglary.
SB 213 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for a period of time commencing with the passage of this Act and ending November 1, 1927, for killing, bagging, netting or trapping any wild partridge or wild quail of any variety in the counties of Ellis, Hill, Hood, Johnson and Somerville; providing the penalty for the violation thereof.

SB 266 Caption: Relating to creating a special road system for Ellis county, Texas, and making the county commissioners ex officio road commissioners and providing for the appointment of deputy road commissioners, and prescribing their powers and duties as such and providing compensation for such road commissioners; and making it a misdemeanor for every person subject to public road duty or extra road duty who has not paid such taxes nor furnished a substitute nor paid money in lieu of such service for time summoned to fail or refuse to attend at any time and place designated by the person summoning him, when summoned or fail to do good service upon said roads, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding ten ($10.00) dollars.

SB 90 Caption: Relating to amending Article 2439 of Chapter 1, of Title 45 of the Revised Statutes of 1895, in reference to fees of office to be charged and collected by certain state officers, as amended by Chapter 91 of the General Laws of the 29th Legislature, as amended by Chapter 22 of the General Laws of the First Called Session of the 30th Legislature so as to provide a maximum permit fee.
