SB 67 Caption: Relating to requiring the teaching of vocational studies in the public school of Texas such as agriculture, horticulture, stock raising, home economics and kindred studies, and requiring the President of A & M College and the State Commissioner of Agriculture formulate courses of study in the Department herein created.
SB 73 Caption: Relating to repealing chapter 5 and all sections thereof as passed by the Fourth Called Session of the 36th Legislature.
SB 88 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the hiring, employing, or commissioning by any State or county officer, or State Adjutant General any person who is in the employment of any person, firm or corporation whose salary or any portion thereof, is paid by such person, firm, or corporation when such person, firm, or corporation is interested in any dispute or disagreement with his, her, its or their employees.

SB 363 Caption: Relating to amending and revising the metes and bonds of the Moran Independent School District in Shackleford and Callahan counties, Texas.
SB 366 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute which relates to the allotment of highway funds in road construction so as to provide for the authority to increase the allotment of such funds to aid in the construction of highways in the different counties, and to use said funds for maintenance purposes under certain conditions.
SB 426 Caption: Relating to redefining the boundaries of the Baird Independent School District in Callahan County, Texas; validating all tax levies now in force.
SJR 4 Caption: Relating to the amendment of Article XVI, Section 11, of the Constitution of the State of Texas, with reference to the prohibition of usurious interest, and fixing the legal rate of interest that may be charged at not exceeding eight percent per annum.
SJR 5 Caption: Relating to the amending of Article XVI, Section 44, of the Constitution of the State of Texas, abolishing the Office of County Treasurer.
SJR 6 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Section 1, Article 8 of the Constitution of the State of Texas, providing for a graduated land tax and exempting homestead improvements of less than $2500 in value from taxation.
SJR 7 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Article III of the Constitution of the State of Texas, authorizing the State of Texas to appropriate money from the general revenue and issue bonds and to lend its credit for the purpose of constructing and maintaining terminal fire-proof warehouses and grain elevators at the ports of Texas.
SJR 8 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Section 2 of Article 6 of the Constitution of the State of Texas abolishing the poll tax qualification of electors.
SJR 9 Caption: Proposing to amend Section 50, Article III of the Constitution of the State of Texas, so that hereafter the Legislature shall have power to give or lend the credit of the state for the purchase and improvement of rural and urban homes.
SJR 11 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Article VIII of the Constitution of the State of Texas, which relates to taxation and revenue, by adding thereto a new section directing the Legislature to provide for the construction, operation and maintenance, under state control, of a State system of public highways.

SB 21 Caption: Relating to reorganizing the State of Texas into supreme judicial districts for the purpose of constituting and organizing Courts of Civil Appeals therein; creating the Eleventh Supreme Judicial District of Texas, with Eastland as the site of said court.
SB 83 Caption: Relating to creating the Parks Independent School District in Stephens County, Texas; defining its boundaries.
SB 84 Caption: Relating to creating the Roscoe Independent School District in Nolan County, Texas, including the present Roscoe Independent School District; providing a board of trustees therefor.
SB 85 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute so as to include among the purpose for which the city council or governing body of any city or town in this State having a population of 5,000 or less may levy, assess and collect taxes, the following: construction or the purchase of public buildings, water works, sewers, electric lights, gas lights, gas mains, parks, market squares, and other permanent improvements, within the limits of such city or town, and for the construction and improvement of the roads, bridges and streets of such city or town within its limits.
SB 102 Caption: Relating to defining certain terms, authorizing the State Railroad Commission to curtail the construction of railroad grade crossings and to provide for the elimination of railroad grade crossings already constructed, in certain cases.

SB 23 Caption: Relating to amending certain Act creating the McCaulley County Line Independent School District in Fisher and Jones counties.
SB 24 Caption: Relating to creating the Sylvester Independent School District in Fisher County, Texas, including the present Sylvester Independent District of said county, providing a board of trustees therefor, vesting said independent school district and board of trustees with all the rights, powers, privileges and duties conferred upon independent school districts incorporated under the General Laws of Texas; providing that the board of trustees of the present Sylvester Independent District shall continue to act as such until their successors are elected in accordance with the General Laws of Texas, providing for the assumption of any outstanding bonded indebtedness created by the present Sylvester Independent District.
