SB 124 Caption: Relating to education, providing a ten-year plan for increases in the minimum salaries to be paid teachers in the public schools; providing for support of the cost of financing the Foundation School Program by local school districts; establishing a program of State aid for supplemental salary payments to classroom teachers.
