SB 415 Caption: Relating to providing that the Tax Assessor and Collector shall forward ninety-five percent (95%) of money collected for Motor Vehicle Retail Sales and Use Tax to the Comptroller of Public Accounts, and retain five per cent (5%) of said taxes as fees of office, or to be paid into the officers' salary fund of the county as provided by General Law.
