Relating to requiring persons indicted for or convicted of sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault, or indecency with a child and juveniles adjudicated delinquent for violations of those offenses to undergo certain medical procedures and tests to detect sexually transmitted diseases, and to the rights of victims of those offenses to counseling and testing for certain of those diseases.
