SB 15 Caption: Relating to providing that letter testamentary under a domestic or foreign will shall not be issued after four years from death of testator except in a case where application for probate and for letters was filed in same court within the four-year period aforesaid and actual probate thereof was delayed, without fault or negligence of applicant, until after expiration of such period.
SB 40 Caption: Relating to providing that it shall be unlawful for any person other than the rightful owner thereof to kill, maim, entrap, or detain an Antwerp Messenger or Homing Pigeon, either in flight or at rest; providing a penalty for the violation of this Act.
SB 41 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to stock of insurance companies, so as to provide that the shares of stock of any insurance company organized under the laws of Texas, if stock with a nominal or par value, shall be divided into shares of not less than Ten ($10.00) Dollars each nor more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars each.
