SB 177 Caption: Relating to authorizing towns and villages incorporated under the general law to construct at each residence therein, or any other place therein, sanitary closets of such type as will receive the approval of the Texas Senate Board of Health; empowering the Board of Alderman of such town or village to assess the cost of such improvement on the real estate or lot or lot upon which such expense is incurred and providing that lien may be fixed upon such lot or lots, etc.
