SB 25 Caption: Relating to regulating and restricting graduate work of and by educational institutions, restricting graduate work to the University of Texas, and the Agricultural and Mechanical College, directing the Boards of Regents and/or Board of Managers of the educational institutions to enforce the providings of this Act, fixing penalty for violation of this Act.
SB 26 Caption: Relating to providing for the filing of records in the Courts of Civil Appeals in the order received by the clerk of that court, for setting cases for submission, for notifying parties of the date of the filing of the records, the date set for hearing, fixing the time and manner of filing briefs.
SB 27 Caption: Relating to waiving of jury trial in certain cases.

SB 37 Caption: Relating to prohibiting any judge or officer of an election from betting or wagering on the election or nomination of any person; prescribing offenses and punishment.
SB 38 Caption: Relating to providing that persons who are feeble, ill and confined in bed or confined to their places of abode by reason of illness, may vote as absentees may vote under certain statute; providing that persons who are ill, aged or decrepit, and who are unable to walk to the polls, may be driven in any vehicle, wheelchair or other conveyance to such voting place, and any election officer shall authorize such person to vote, and the means and manner thereof; providing exceptions, and for the general enforcement of the provisions hereof.
SB 39 Caption: Relating to defining primary and secondary highways; designating highways so defined, directing the State Highway Commission to complete construction of said designated highways in their order.
SB 48 Caption: Relating to further prescribing the powers and duties of the Railroad Commission of Texas in respect to the conservation of oil and gas and the regulation of the production, storage and transportation thereof.

SB 187 Caption: Relating to restricting the appointment of citizens as members of Boards of Regents, Boards of Managers, and Commissions for the control and management of educational and eleemosynary institutions, and prohibiting the appointment of certain citizens of Texas to the militia and other military and law enforcement organizations of the State.
SB 222 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the purposes for which private corporations may be formed; prohibiting a corporation, joint-stock association, and association of persons engaged in the production or refining of crude petroleum from owning stock or other interest in common carrier pipelines or pipeline companies, and fixing a time for comforming to the provisions of this Act.
SB 264 Caption: Relating to providing for the appraisal of real estate and improvements situated thereon, if the same is improved property, at the time any character of lien is placed against the same or fixed thereon.
SB 286 Caption: Relating to making it an offense punishable by removal, for any officer, employee, member, or members of any board of regents, board of managers, president, dean or other officer or employee of any State educational institution or penal or eleemosynary institution, or any State department executive, chief or other employee, to increase the personnel of or to increase the compensation of any employee, officer, agent or representative out of local, special, emergency, deficiency or other funds of whatever kind or character coming into possession of any State agency in excess of the amount specified and appropriated biennially or at other intervals, by the Legislature.
SB 298 Caption: Relating to preventing any State employee, agent or representative, of any State department, bureau, board or commission, educational, eleemosynary or penal institution or court, having or holding any financial interest, directly or indirectly in any business of any kind or character, any boarding house, rooming house, restaurant, cafe, hotel, cafeteria, agricultural, horticultural, poultry, livestock or other similar business patronized by the State of Texas, by students enrolled in State educational institutions, by inmates in state eleemosynary or penal institutions, by faculty members and/or other employees of educational, eleemosynary and/or penal institutions or State departments wherever located; providing for removal of offenders of this Act.
SB 299 Caption: Relating to regulating the distribution of automobile license fees by allocating said fees to certain counties.
SB 338 Caption: Relating to Confederate pensions.
SB 339 Caption: Relating to providing for a decision to be entered by the Supreme Court or the Courts of Civil Appeals within a period of one hundred and eighty days from the date of submission of causes to said courts for decision and providing no salaries shall be paid to said judges unless the decisions are rendered within the said one hundred and eighty days.
SB 340 Caption: Relating to establishing the office of county superintendent of public instruction and providing that the commissioners court of every county which has three thousand (3000) scholastic population or more, as shown by the preceding scholastic census, shall, at the next general election after 1934, and likewise each four years thereafter, provide for the election of a county superintendent of public instruction to serve for a term of four (4) years.
SB 342 Caption: Relating to authorizing the governing body of cities and towns of over 500 population to prescribe rates; such rates not to yield more than ten percent (10%) on actual costs of physical properties, equipment and betterments.
SB 343 Caption: Relating to depositories of the public funds of counties, political subdivisions, improvement districts, school districts, cities, towns and villages in this State.
SB 344 Caption: Relating to giving county school board the power to divide the county into one or more districts, not to exceed sixteen.
SB 355 Caption: Relating that officers in lunacy cases shall be allowed the same fees as are now allowed for similar services performed in misdemeanor cases and the jurors shall each be allowed a fee of $1.00 (One Dollar), to be paid out of the estate, otherwise by the county on accounts approved by the County Judge.
SB 357 Caption: Relating to permitting the Commissioners' Court of Rains County, Texas, to use all or any part of interest collected on notes held by said County of Rains against Rains County school land in Hockley County, Texas, to protect said property as to taxes, necessary expenses and reasonable attorney's fees, in case of foreclosure.
SB 358 Caption: Relating to providing that the Highway department shall issue or cause to be issued license number plates for each motorcycle, road-tractor, trailer, semi-trailer and for any other vehicle registered under said Act, and describing how and where and when the license number plates shall be attached to said described vehicles.
SB 379 Caption: Relating to making it a penal offense for any person, agent or employee of any firm or corporation to permit natural gas produced from any oil well to escape into the air, where there is a sufficient quantity of such gas so escaping to be burned, without burning the same, or properly taking care of it so as to prevent its escape into the air, shall be guilty of a criminal offense and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than twenty-five ($25.00) dollars, nor more than one hundred ($100.00) dollars, or by confinement in the county jail for not less than thirty days nor more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment and providing that each separate day shall constitute a separate offense.
SB 380 Caption: Relating to declaring it to be mandatory upon the Legislature of the State of Texas under the Constitution to enact laws to compel the conservation and development of the natural resources of this State, declaring the oil and gas resources of this State to be natural resources thereof attributing largely to the public welfare and declaring the orderly transportation and marketing of oil and gas to be an industry of great public importance.
SB 421 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Board of Insurance Commissioners of Texas, with approval of the Governor, to promulgate rules, regulations and orders to regulate and stabilize payment of insurance premiums to life insurance companies and fraternal benefit societies and payment of policy reserve loans and withdrawals of cash reserves by policy holders.
SB 480 Caption: Relating to authorizing the board of trustees of certain Independent school districts to borrow money from the Reconstruction Finance Corporation for certain purposes.

SB 126 Caption: Relating to further regulating the practice of medicine within this State; requiring the payment of an annual registration fee by all persons lawfully qualified and engaged in the practice of medicine and conferring certain powers on the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners.
