HB 75 35-1 (1917) Author: Fly, William Madden Relating amending law pertaining to the unlawful disposition of property, illegal wearing of uniform and the discrimination against any person lawfully wearing the uniform of the army, navy, marine corps or revenue cutter service of the United States, or of the national guard or naval service of this State, as prescribed for such person at the time or place of law, regulation of the service or custom on account of his wearing such uniform or of his being in such service and prescribing a penalty therefor.
HB 168 31-0 (1909) Relating to blacklisting, amending "An Act to define and prohibit discrimination against persons seeking employment and to prescribe penalties for the breach of such Act," approved April 5, 1907, by adding thereto provisions requiring statements in writing from corporations and receivers to employees voluntarily leaving the employment, and requiring further that copies of statements shall be given to employees who have lost or are otherwise deprived of the use of the originals and prescribing more particularly that facts shall be set out in all such statements.
