HB 203 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts by authorizing the Railroad Commission to consider the amount of crude petroleum oil transported into this State in determining the reasonable market demand of the State and to reasonably limit the amount of production of any person, association or persons or corporation using an excessive amount of such crude petroleum oil to hinder the determination in favor of its own production as against the production of any other person or producer; authorizing the Railroad Commission to reduce the production of any common purchaser imposing pipeline or purchaser prorationing.
HB 291 Caption: Relating to amending the Texas Liquor Control Act so as to prohibit the sale of beer at any time on Sunday or after 10:00 o'clock, p.m., on any other day.

HB 407 Caption: Relating to creating a conservation and reclamation district comprising the territory contained within the Cities of Abilene, Albany, Anson, and Breckenridge, to be known as the "West Central Texas Municipal Water District," for the purpose of providing a source of water supply for municipal, domestic, industrial, and mining uses and processing and transporting the same.
HB 466 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Board for Texas State Hospitals and Special Schools to sell certain land located near Abilene State Hospital in Taylor County, Texas, for cash at public sale under certain conditions; providing that said land shall be sold with a reservation of one-half (1/2) of the minerals; authorizing the Executive Director of said Board to execute and deliver the necessary conveyance to be approved by the Attorney General; providing the proceeds from each sale to go the General Revenue Fund.
