HB 321 Caption: Relating to fixing the amount of registration fees and other charges to be collected from both resident and non-resident students by the governing authorities of various schools of collegiate rank in Texas; and providing that no tuition, fee, or charge shall hereafter be collected except as provided by this Act.

HB 2 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of the General Revenue of the State of Texas, to pay the contingent expenses of the First Called Session of the Forty-third Legislature of the State of Texas, convened on the 14th day of September, by proclamation of the Governor.
