SB 173 Caption: Relating to authorizing every private corporation to increase or diminish by vote of its stockholders cast as its by-laws may direct, the number of its Directors or Trustees, such number however, to be not less than three.
SB 198 Caption: Relating to establishing and maintaining an agricultural experiment station in the Blacklands region of Texas, authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and mechanical College of Texas to select a suitable location for said station.

SB 34 Caption: Relating to require each county in this State to levy a county school tax in such sum as the State Board of Education may require, not to exceed fifty cents on the Hundred Dollar taxable property valuations in such county; requiring said board of education of fix and certify such rate and repealing all laws in conflict therewith.
SB 35 Caption: Relating to the creation of the Free Textbook Commission and defining its powers, now constituting Articles 2843 and 2860 of the Revised Civil Statutes of 1925.
SB 36 Caption: Relating to requiring the State Board of Education and the board of trustees of each school district in the State, to provide sufficient funds to pay current expenses and obligations incurred in the operation of the public free schools under their jurisdiction.

SB 333 Caption: Relating to providing that the State of Texas shall be entitled, as an employer of labor, to become a subscriber under the Workmen's Compensation Act.
SB 334 Caption: Relating to regulating the practice of public shorthand reporting, creating an examining board, defining its powers.
SB 362 Caption: Relating to public lands. placing under the terms and provisions of the Permit Law for the development of oil and gas all public free school lands recovered from the Capitol Syndicate and heretofore sold and providing for the payment to the purchaser or owner ten cents per acre, and in addition a royalty equal to the market value of 1/64th of the gross production of oil and gas as an equivalent for his interest therein.
SB 380 Caption: Relating to savings banks; authorizing the investment of the savings deposits of such banks in additional classes of securities.

SB 436 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the sale of fish taken from fresh water streams of certain named counties, and also providing means and methods of taking and possessing fish from fresh water streams in said counties by omitting name of the County of Milam from said list of counties.
SB 465 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to establish and maintain a horticultural and agricultural experiment station at some point within the limits of McLennan County in the State of Texas for the purpose of making scientific investigation and experiment in the growing of truck and other agricultural products.
SB 467 Caption: Relating to validating school districts heretofore created under general laws, local or special Acts, validating proceedings in connection with formation of such districts or relative to bonds thereof; validating bonds issued thereby.
SB 474 Caption: Relating to withdrawing from sale the oil and gas in University land until such time as the Legislature may enact laws deemed adequate to protect the interest of the University in its available and permanent funds, on the condition only that the University mineral lease or sales Act of March 10, 1925, Chapter 71, Acts of Regular Session, 39th Legislature, shall be held invalid or ineffective by the Supreme Court of Texas in suits now pending or that may hereafter be filed.
SJR 5 Caption: Proposing an amendment providing that the term of all offices of the public free school system including State institutions of higher education may be fixed at not to exceed ten years; authorizing the appointment of a State Board of Education.
