SB 26 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act relating to Christian Scientists ministering to the sick; providing that those so ministering or offering to minister to the sick or suffering shall refrain from maintaining offices, except for the purpose of exercising the principles, tenets, or teachings of the Church of which they are bona fide members.
SB 33 Caption: Relating to requiring all purchasers of trees and timber in the form of logs or pulp wood, to obtain a bill of sale therefor from the seller; providing penalties for violation of this Act.
SB 34 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the Penal Code relating to increasing the penalty from a fine of not less than Ten ($10.00) Dollars not more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, to confinement in the penitentiary for not less than (1) nor more than five (5) years; making timber theft a felony.

SB 186 Caption: Relating to appropriating Seven Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($7,350.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of any funds in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated to pay the salaries of the three District Judges of the Special District Courts for Smith County, Rusk County and Gregg County.
SB 250 Caption: Relating to providing that the term of office of the State Auditor and Efficiency Expert shall end on January 31st of each biennium.
