SB 15 Caption: Relating to amending the Insurance Code to provide that each Commissioner of the Board of Insurance Commissioners may appoint a Chief Clerk; making certain adjustments in the incorporation, organization, regulation, operation, control and taxation of all companies, associations, underwriters or exchanges making, entering into or exchanging contracts of insurance other than contracts of life insurance; repealing conflicting laws and parts of laws to the extent of such conflict; providing for a severability clause.
SB 38 Caption: Relating to validating, ratifying and confirming proceedings heretofore had by incorporated cities, towns and villages in the issuance of bonds and pledging the revenues of any one or combination of the following systems and sources: water, sewer, electric or gas systems, and the revenues of parking meters, auditoriums and swimming pools, for the payment of the bonds and interest thereon.
